Is it possible that it was a judicial clerk error? As in, SA actually did turn in their request on time, but the court lost/forgot to enter it? (Don't get me wrong, I am 100% on the side of SFOR and I cackle at the thought of SA turning it in late. tsk.. tsk... tsk, SA!)
