$PSGR June 26, 2018 (early morning in Arizona) The month of June draws to a close and the value of Pershing Resources shares has remained LOW. The early June Press Release did NOTHING to stimulate the share price.
I seem to recall that Mr. McDowell would handle the development of the Kingman location claims/mine site AND that corporate Pershing Resources would handle the finances necessary to get this puppy going. Almost one month has passed AND the share price has actually decreased a tiny bit. NOT conducive to raising the necessary funding of the mine!
Without the funds, McDowell can do nothing of consequence. Oh yeah!!!! What seems like a lifetime ago, there was mention of a firm that was interested in providing funding. Pershing Resources has said absolutely NOTHING about the funding by BLACKRIDGE since the Press Releases that alluded to the up to 10% purchase of stock....IF ALL CONDITIONS WERE MET BY PERSHING RESOURCES. One has to wonder IF anything will ever come of this (ahem) arrangement. Allegedly, there is up to ONE MILLION DOLLARS from Blackridge sitting on the table. That sum would fund several months of start-up salaries and some equipment....but...who knows IF the deal will ever be made? Certainly NOT any of the common shareholders!
June draws to a close and it appears that Pershing Resources is no closer to developing the claims in Arizona....I almost typed in 'the claims in Nevada'!!!! Remember the Marco Project???? Previous Press Releases from Pershing Resources indicated that work was going to start at the Marco Project BUT NOTHING has ever come to fruition. Seems as if the Marco Project simply vanished from the Press Releases....don't forget, this too was going to go into production. Maybe the $$$$ were never raised(????); maybe there were no knowledgeable or capable miners to work the site(s)?????; maybe Pershing Resources is just sitting on its (ahem) Precious Metal Claim/Mine site and waiting for Precious Metals prices to explode(??????); maybe there is NOTHING of value there(????); maybe investors have heard the same story over the TWENTY PLUS YEARS of this company's existence and do not believe anything that is said/printed by representatives of the company(????); or maybe the simple release of BS is much more valuable than real precious metal production(????).
