Another great piece of news, indicative of what we can expect when the SA ruling is made in our favor, awarding similar damages, both domestic & international, along with royalties/licensing fees going forward. May Good Karma be with SFOR in the ruling handed down!
The SA ruling in our favor will further validate our patents, and provide extremely strong precedence in the remaining lawsuits, as well as future litigation! The infringers will definitely find themselves in a "No Win" situation!
