Tracking Revenue: New App already contracted out from a third party and that has already produced revenue is in the final stages of development. The APK of Parano-protocol, the Swantry- Swanlock team now actively promoting Swanlock (with users growing quickly into tens of thousands), plus, Ampex and other key agreements in the works, should all lead to significant revenue in the near and foreseeable future. Summary: Approval of the Reg A + for capital injection plus key partners now full time equals much faster progress on all fronts and truly the next phase for the company. New structures with shareholder consensus approval as promised, has been discussed and will be key to removing dilutable debt and bring the company to greater credibility and attract better financing and markets. As these announced plans come together equally, the company will begin it's first and only real PR campaign to create awareness of our company and it's groundbreaking software and technology.
