About 14 second into the second video I was likely there. Every year, either the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds put on a show for the ages. If you are out on the lake, 5 or 6 jets will be right over your head. Unbelievable.
I'm glad you mentioned the pivot. In every episode of redflix I pivot. I intend to write about one thing and pivot in different directions. Being open to changing course in life and playing the cards that you are dealt is a very good thing if one has a open mind and not stuck on what is and what forever must be.
For anyone that has ever watch The Profit, you know what I am talking about. Marcus Lemonis isn't a genius but he understand's people, relationships and is able to break down those walls that people have put up for 10, 20, 30 years cemented with egos. The breakthrough only comes if those owners are willing to listen to new ideas i.e. pivot.
I posted in one of the redflix Rory is a great listener. A really great listener. At the CEO level of a lot of companies, the CEO has a big ego and is all about telling people how great they are and what other's should do. Just the opposite with Rory. Many people have emailed Rory ideas and he listens. He was listening in Vegas. How does he find the time? I don't know. I think he's made out of titanium.
