In the unlikely event that insufficient ex-US military aircrew with "probe-and-drogue" air-to-air refueling experience apply for the limited number of posts available - and / or insufficient US civilian personnel want to become licensed on the Lockheed L-1101 Tristar - there will be numerous ex-RAF 216 Sqn personnel who would bite $TMPS's arm off to get an EB-3 Visa to live and work in the USA permanently and become a US Citizen after the appropriate qualification period (for specific posts for which qualified US workers are not available in the required timescale).

A couple have already asked the question on $TMPS's Facebook and got a positive "interested" response.
"Mickey Sargeant. Are you looking for ex RAF personnel with extensive knowledge of working on these aircraft. Ten years plus myself and plenty of other ex 216 Sqn members about."

In light of this, I'm going to make ex-RAF Tristar aircrew aware of the possible opportunity right now (done - May 22, 2018). The Tristar was much loved in RAF service and I'm sure some aircrew officers, systems operators and flight engineers chose to retire if they didn't get a slot on the Private Finance Initiative run Voyager fleet rather than change role to a completely different mission and aircraft and work their way up the totem pole again..
