Rags Bill has never one time been honest with shareholders. Even you cant be that stupid not to see it. Just because Bill says something doesnt make it true. He is not GOD even though you act like he is. He is a con artist, deal with it. You got conned into buying TPAC.
The O/S is now 16 billion plus shares. The sooner this board comes to grip with that reality the better off everyone will be. TPAC traded over 1 billion shares on the ICO pump and the pps didnt budge. TPAC will never move unless Bill does a R/S and gets the share structure under control. He simply doesnt care about his shareholders or he would do something to correct the O/S instead of constantly adding to it. All TPAC investors have lost 100% of their investment trusting in Bill. A few lucky ones might be able to get out at .0001 if Bill can come up with another con to sell worthless TPAC shares. Everyone else its a 100% loss because this pig will never move.
Bill hasnt filed 2017 K or the 1st and 2nd quarter Q's for 2018. He didnt file them for 2 reasons.
1) He put out a bogus PR about debt renegotiation that was a flat out lie. So by not filing debt holders are unable to convert.
2) He didnt file them because it would show the real O/S numbers and he knows nobody would have bought into his ICO con job if they knew the real O/S
Everything I post can in fact be verified to be true. So shut the hell up and start DD ing what I say instead of mouthing off like an idiot showing everyone how stupid you really are.
