Larson Electronics LLC Releases 10-Watt LED Trouble Light/Drop Light/ Hand Lamp

KEMP, Texas, June 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Industrial lighting leader, Larson Electronics, has just released an LED trouble light/work light for use during close quartered detailed tasks and inspections in industrial environments. This handheld lamp features a rugged insulated plastic handle with a built-in on/off switch is an ideal fixture for construction, manufacturing and other detailed work.

The WAL-DL-LED-10 from Larson Electronics is a 10-watt LED inspection light with integrated on/off switch that produces 1,050 lumens of white light over an 8-foot-wide area. The LED light bulb in this hand lamp provides cooler operation, better light quality, and great light color, making it reliable and more efficient than traditional light bulbs. An integrated on/off switch allows operators to control the hand lamp without having to unplug the unit. This eliminates the hassle of walking to and from the outlet.

This LED drop light features a durable plastic handle for safe and sturdy grip, and a steel wire guard to protect the LED bulb. The wire guard includes a metal reflector with a mirror finish that reflects the light in a 180-degree pattern. This prevents the operator from being blinded by the light during operation. A steel wire swivel hook provides a durable overhead mounting option for hands-free activities.

The WAL-DL-LED-10 hand lamp comes with a 10-foot-long 16/3 SJOW cable equipped with industrial-grade cord caps for safe, convenient operation in industrial applications. The light operates on 120-277 volts with 12V DC and 24V DC versions available for low voltage needs.

“Drop lights are handy for such a wide variety of applications you really can’t go wrong with purchasing one,” said Rob Bresnahan, CEO of Larson Electronics LLC. “This particular LED hand lamp has a built-in on/off switch, allowing operators to control the light without having to unplug the entire unit. For applications that require the user to be farther away from the outlet, or work on and off, this work light is very convenient.”
