it is amazing to me that for most on the OTC "R/S" ranks right up there with "halted" in terms of terminology! Let's be clear, the R/S DOES NOT affect value, there is NO DILUTION...it will reduce the number of A/S available to the market. Let's also be clear, the R/S will be followed by a F/S...which seems to get lost in the translation! There is only reduced shareholder equity by the fear and perception that the R/S has. RIGHTFULLY SO...given the nature of how these have been executed and reasons why they have been executed on the OTC. A significant reason, which I have seen first hand, is companies dealing with bad and toxic debt. IFXY HAS NO DEBT! There are VERY FEW OTC companies that have NO DEBT and IFXY is one of them. There are a number of reasons that companies R/S for the right reasons. In this case, IFXY really had no negative reason to R/S...so followed up with a F/S. Please stop the dilution nonsense...simply not true and cannot be true given the timeframe that restricted have to be held! Post split there will be about 25M A/S available. This is a GREAT thing! Secondly, the post R/S pps is necessary for credible launch of PRUTUS and MoMU marketing...period. Lastly, and for me, the biggest key besides PRUTUS, is what they mentioned back in November. If this was not mentioned in the PR, it would have been a red flag and I was looking for it...and it was RIGHT THERE...

7. Other important factors including OTCQB and OTCQX qualification rules.

Then there's this...
Our upcoming share buyback will be the game changer alongside no debt and non dilution of shares which needs be factored in.

Here's exactly what Sam said in December, to clear that up...
Few things: 1- we have no plans for reverse as of now, if current manipulation continues we may have to

Man you post no info to back your BS wow amazed people follow you
