No reason to renegotiate the due date, if you dont file they cant convert. Thats my entire point. Bill didnt renegotiate the due date, he just stopped filing so they cant convert. There is no reason for him not to file the K and now 2 Q other than to keep the note holders at bay.
Its just another one of his deceitful tricks he plays on his shareholders. Much like saying he was buying back shares only to later find out he wasnt actually buying them back. He was converting them to preferred and issuing the to family and friends "Contractors" to be converted back to common and sold 6 months later
