Audit news expected this week. It's the end of Q2 and is when PNOW management has said they would have the audit finished.
How many sub-pennies do you know of that are profitable with audited financials??
PNOW is now profitable with PCAOB audited financials due out very soon - (likely this week coming up). What's funny is hardly anyone on this planet seems to be aware PNOW is profitable and they are about to prove it. Why do I think audited fins are coming out in the near future? Positive cash flow now: (Through trial and error the company has made a change in their business focus/model and has made all the difference in the world. They had an increase in Net Income from ($122,941) loss in December 31, 2017 to $135,323 gain by March 31, 2018 and more and more scalable revenue coming in everyday.)*

For PNOW it's not a matter of if...just a matter of when IMHO.
*Pure Hospitality Solutions -PNOW- acquired and merged with Meso Numismatics (the numismatics -rare coins- business) back in November of 2016. Meso Numismatics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. and is now the main focus/business model for PNOW. The company has faded out the old unprofitable Latin America online travel agency business model. The Quarterly Report says when they made this change that:
"The results proved to be quite astounding. The Company went from spending tens of thousands of dollars monthly in OTA (online travel agency) related costs, to making tens of thousands of dollars monthly with Numismatic sales and acquisitions. The proof was in the pudding and the Company decided to evolve its numismatic business."
This is why PNOW is profitable today. They cut the travel agency that was a loser and went with the numismatic business which is a winner.
