No nonseq, I am as serious as a heart attack. Shareholders in this company, although many small public companies fall prey, have this belief that by voicing their concern about things they don't understand, yet feel entitled to, actually damages a company. J&J was sued for $400 million. Do you see their message boards cluttered up with management conjecture? Do you see J&J message board posters demanding that J&J provide private updates in litigation that has not yet happened. Do you see J&J customers giving J&J management deadlines. Do you see J&J shareholders holding J&J management accountable for the lack of action on the part of a Federal judge?
I say, and have said, let these know-it-all shareholders and message board posters elect one of their own and come in and take over the company and run the company like penny traders think a company runs or should run. This is a once in a lifetime offer for penny flippers. They should jump at the chance. And lets make sure that the person elected to take over DECN knows nothing about the industry, is non-technical and has no higher education to speak of. I doubt though it will happen. Think about cockroaches when a light is shined on them.
