Unfortunately you are not asking tough questions. You show up here and ask questions about information you are not entitled to. You ask questions on behalf of "shareholders" but your questions are really about yourself and your stock holdings. And as long as you act this way, I will call you out on it.
Shareholders and the investment community are entitled to four written reports made public every year. The company provides this to you. What you are not entitled to are progress reports about lawsuits not filed and how much time the company has to file them in your unknowledgeable opinion. What you are not entitled to are non-public updates about on-going litigation and the course of settlement discussions, if any. What you are not entitled to are updates not provided, which you base on value judgments about the company CEO.
