$PSGR June 22nd Now that all of the excitement from the Press Release has abated, investors can sit back and wait for the next BIG share price movement. Since the share price is so LOW, any movement will appear as a relatively high percentage. Be prepared to be blown out of your chair IF the share price goes up or down one full cent...the % will look like heaven /or/ hell has opened its doors.
What will happen? IF past Pershing Resources' history is any indication of the not too distant future, the share price should go up in a week or two and continue to incrementally increase for several weeks. Once upon a time, the share price actually hit the $0.15 /share level. This was after several Press Releases suggested that 'something' was potentially about to occur (it didn't). Once it became apparent that nothing was about to take place, the share price quickly dropped and once it reached the (approximately) $0.02/share level, it has remained there.
Best guess on the future of the share price: IF the current shareholders do not start dumping shares when the price goes up a penny or two, the $0.08/share price may not be too out-of-the-question. Everything rests with Pershing Resources...will there be follow-up Press Releases? Will there be clarifications about how the mine is to be developed AND which precious metals/base metals/etc. are to be mined and processed and sold?
At this point in time, my guess is that corporate is looking for $$$$$$. IF they find one or two or three DEEP POCKETS, then investors may get more information as to the direction the company will take. Right now, $0.02/share does NOT buy a whole lot of mining equipment, pay a lot of salaries, or provide an image of a successful company.
