$INNT Interesting chart, hung below the 8 day MA

$INNT Interesting chart, hung below the 8 day MA for 6 weeks like it was a wall. Broke out yesterday and up 2% now 5 minutes after the open. I did not like the volume yesterday, but it appears to be perking up, watching for better volume.
