Seeing a 10k T-trade today:

I seem to vaguely remember someone posting a T-trade after hours not too long ago... does anyone know if that was around end of May-early June??
I tried looking up through previous posts on that other board but don't have the time or patience to find it.
I do see on the twitter page, Mr. Berman was actively tweeting around the time those 44M shares were sold on his behalf.
Should monitor daily to see if there are T-trades posted ... my thought is Berman would have that broker JA Darbie or MMs selling shares.
I sure hope he's using whatever funds for business growth and clearing this ticker of debt to get that name/symbol change etc. It would be nice to hear about this from our CEO, EVEN though some will have issues with that but if one is truly 'invested' then I think this is how it would work. I would have no problem with this CEO utilizing shares he's had to raise money to take care of business and help it grow... much better than paying high interest to regular loans (which are very difficult to get by an OTC) or convertible loans through shares, most of which are with toxic lenders... might even be better to do now at a lower pps ...
