Potential for big numbers is certainly available! Bring it home Ropes & Gray! We have the best there is, ready to deliver victory upon victory, as we tear thru SA & the remaining lawsuits, then establish & post the next list of infringers that will be invited to bring their checkbooks to our initial meeting. There will be no reason to negotiate or delay the inevitable settlement in our favor, unless they too want to go to court and enjoy the opportunity of treble damages! LOL!
Ropes & Gray will continue to add feathers of success to their headband, with the big battle with SA about to end in our favor, and with just mop up operations left with the remaining lawsuits! And the gravy train of new infringers then to be named! They are probably so happy that they opted to represent Little Ole SFOR against the big bad infringers, and also look to the future and the opportunity to represent us in future M&A activity!
