Baltia will not be challenging the SEC so revocation is absolute now. Lampl is not sure if the company is revived whether it will be publicly traded. So to all those buying up cheap shares, go nuts. This current float will be retired to the dump. The company knows they will lose any hearing which is why they have failed to respond to any SEC challenge. They know their position is defenseless. Sad day for many here.
