Re: Stumpman #8070
A few of us expected debt conversion. Still from the old company and some B-Share selling. Most of that is dried up as we can see much the volume has slowed down in the last month. This post should help.

ANDI/UTOP Strong! Here's what the newest Quarterly proved (Here's a recent post of mine)

Here's some FACTS about ANDI/UTOP Volume for 2018. The following paragraphs explain where the volume possibly came from:

1. Numerous Entities who own a large amount of ANDI Stock, more than likely sold some or all of their shares:
Per the last quarterly, there has been approximately 2.2 Billion unrestricted shares given to various entities from 2017 until 31 January 2018 (2,199,925,000). The share price was in the low Trips when most of these entities were given their shares! So, does anyone honestly believe none of these entities sold shares since Nov 2017, especially when the share price started dropping from 4 cents? Exactly, many of these shares were most likely sold in the past 6 months.

For example, one entity was given 200 Million shares when the share price was approximately .0003. This would have cost an individual $60,000 dollars to buy 200 Million shares at .0003 pps. When the share price hit 4 cents, these same shares would have been worth 8 Million Dollars. When the share price dropped to 2 cents, these same shares would have been worth 4 Million Dollars!

Again, does anyone honestly believe this entity or any of the other entities didn't sell shares when we were in the penny's? Exactly, it is highly likely they sold! These Entities held approximately 2.2 Billion Shares from 2017 to January of 2018. Now, compare that to the total volume for 2018. If these entities sold, they would have made up a massive amount of the volume for 2018 alone!
