Black unemployment has declined in tandem with overall unemployment since 2009.
Trump has done NOTHING to impact it one way or another.
And you don't know a single Black person who believes that Trump is trying to help them, nor can you point to a single policy of his that HAS helped them.

The Obama tax cuts and the Stimulus, by consensus, shortened the depth and narrowed the breadth of the Great Repression.
More money in the hand of States, municipalities and consumers fueled the recovery and helped to provide buyers for the stock market recovery and for industries that needed customers.
