But do we know there is activity at HQ? Lampl is phoning it in from his vacation in Peru. Kind of odd for the Director of Communications to be on such a trip while the company is in the midst of SEC turmoil.
And this company will not be going back to the pinks. The revocation will proceed and all the shares will be wiped out. I feel bad for anyone who was into this over their head and will basically lose whatever they poured in. The writing has been on the wall for a while now, and there are certain individuals on this board who worked overtime to pump this up and quickly delete any posts that raised a single question about this company. Those individuals are mostly gone now. Papa Nasty has been completely silent since his big pump week in April. I can only hope he's been silenced by a lawyer while he is dealing with criminal charges.
The company has lied to us all and used members of some of these stock boards to keep cheering them on.
On November 30, 2017 Tony told us in the shareholder letter that the financials were done and they were "striving to release them soon". Now on the USGL website update posted on June 19, 2018 it is stated that the financials are NOT complete. Which is it? Who cares at this point.
They have been letting this die a slow death since the Songbird deal fell through when they couldn't get financing. Then they couldn't get the money to pay the auditors and kept telling us "soon". It's likely that the plan is to let it die, get revoked, and you will see Tony's name attached to some future endeavor.
Oh, and he's deactivated his linkedin account very recently. Probably too many negative and threatening messages to handle.

At least we know that there is still activity at headquarters, after all many of them have lots of stock too.
I'm sure when they come off the greys and back to the pinks they will be the same company and should not affect our holdings. I just have a gut feel that the future may be brighter than we anticipate at this time. Just a gut feel!
