I've always thought KB would take a "lesser amount

Everybody takes less, even if they go to trial and receive a directed verdict. BOD's always play off money today vs. money after 2 appeals. It is also true that judges make mistakes at trial, even before trial. Mistakes in law can be appealed and trials, even jury trials are often overturned, starting the process over again months and months later. In my opinion, I think the chances of THIS judge making a mistake in law are near certain.
Only in the world of penny stock traders and Democrat politics are victories construed as defeats and argued that way. That's why as a shareholder I would love to see a penny trader come in and take over and run the company. But that's just me, I can afford a loss in return for being able to watch one of these self-entitled, self-centered people run an under-capitalized company into the ground and then either answer for it, or disappear like a farht in the wind.
