Nobody freaks out. No name calling. No loss of civility. You need to work them out. Could be a wrong part, a legal issue, other customer issues creating delays, perhaps finances, perhaps something big came up , a crisis.
I deal with manufacturers, I had a string of big deals throughout southern california years ago, and we had electrical energy crisis , rolling blackouts, businesses shut down mid day, it cost them a million dollars to start back up again the same day. My potential customers to keep their businesses operating were buying million dollar generators. My deals went down the toilet for a year. It happens people.
With SFOR / ACS It happens in especially in huge deals (US ARMY Government) interfacing sfors software with another company's unique software and the various layers of security they have in place , everything has to work together seamlessly. Easier said then done, there is no switch to flip on. Sometimes it takes time to work out the kinks.
ACS is new to huge deals like these. But they are working with McAfee who is new to OOBA as well.
We will get things done faster in the future with more money more technicians.
We will have a lot of money very soon!!!
