I once saw a penny CEO burn his so-called certificates of shares in a video (sure it was symbolic) and indeed filed with regulators of reducing his shares. Any CEO can do this at any time. We are at the will and mercy of the CEO of any small-cap or OTC/penny security... filing and keeping the ticker 'current' is of first importance to me and then of course just as important, delivering on his word and being transparent.
My hope and belief is Mr. Berman is smart and ambitious and wants to build this business before selling and retiring ... basically said so in his first letter to shareholders 6/6/16 shortly after becoming CEO of ONCI and taking over - said he'd be walking his baby down the aisle: https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company...08/content
