Sounds like flipping a house for a quick profit.
And you mention Mishawaka and Elkhart as good places for young talent. That would be great as that area has suffered decline of major employers since I graduated from Purdue. I've lived in South Bend and Mishawaka. Worked in both places as well as Elkhart.
Of further interest relative to the potential flip is where is the DECN litigation? Seems like it could be somewhat of a hot potato.
Maybe you have some insight on that Pluto.
