$DIRV has reached a settlement agreement with two creditors, fully satisfying the convertible Promissory Notes of the underlying agreements in full, saving the company approximately $104,000.00. This settlement has eliminated any further contractual obligations with the note holders. The debt satisfied totaled $262,500.00.
