does that mean ,Steve has enough cash not to dilute or regardless, he still has to dilute,
for ....he has to buy that dental ,mj co and 6th arm ? or is this the way it goes ,
public co always dilute??
my impression is Steve will fund co with money COMING in, however just not convinced .
