Not sure why everyone is losing their shit. Everyone hear screaming dilution is only looking at the number of shares issues not to whom and how. Every single share issued since last Q has been restricted. That means that they can not become part of the float for at least a year and often times will never become free trading. I have discussed this before how they are likely using the available shares they have and issuing them as restricted shares to hold off old debts. Once they start having revenues from phone sales they will likely pay off those debts with interest and cancel the restricted shares.
I highly doubt they are gonna let Streetbeatz Entertainment have 250 million free trading shares or Rebekah White have 200 million. Yet they only issue WeWi 5 million (which sounds like could be converted to 50 million free trading) for 250 million in revenue. Come on people, use your heads. Almost all of those restricted shares were to hold off old debts until they can pay them off. The capital they do have now is more valuable for other things at this time and they have a year to pay off those debts before they become free trading. It’s that simple.
I thought the Q was not bad. Actually a little interesting we were able to sell a defunct app company for 100k. Things are progressing and all that bullshit about Utopya not merging with ANDI is done. Now bashers using whatever they can to get into your heads. Warned everyone about this but it seems they are falling for it. I bet you the market actually appreciates this Q tomorrow and I think some of the spike today was because people got wind of it.
