5 million shares was what the F series was as if 4-30-18. They didn’t take 5 million shares for their company, and you know that. The F series could have changed after that to cover the acquisition. The 10-Q isn’t audited. They just have to report basic financial info. The move was made after 4-30-18.
They have been anything but honest with us. And it will show tomorrow with a sell off.
The only way for them to turn this around is to release solid business info... and they don’t have any right now. At one point I knew they bought 5K phones for the first order. Where are they? Nobody knows what happened to them. The contact I had and his company was told to shut up and NDA’s were put on them. Probably because they backed out of production. As of right now, who knows! But what I just said holds more of a possibility than anything they’ve given us so far.
