MSPC, for anyone watching or playing this ticker right now... the floor is .0006. Right now there is manipulation going on and small volume amounts are being released at .0005 in order to trick the public into thinking the stock is bearish. This is a loading tactic, imo, and one that is proven to be successful for large investors to accumulate over time without starting a frenzy. This could be MMs, Hedge funds, Whales... but it happens a lot. Take a look at the time and sales... it says it all. Any real PR should make this pop and I think everyone knows it. Whales loading slowly over time.
