Triple is conservative because current monthly is about $350K - This one contract would be upwards of $1-2M a month and that is recurring revenue annually - these guys sell over 600K cars annually. They have about 300 dealerships - little less. So imagine the monthly recurring revenue of 1,000 dealerships - Can you say BANKROLL - lol.
CarMax could add the same if not more - so close out the noise and stay focused on the long term. There are going to be ups and downs - disappointments and good fortune - but the end game is a buy out and while staying the course will be a challenge, in the end I think this one will make a lot of people a lot of money.
Recurring revenue is the key and he is building it one deal at a time - time consuming but in the end worth it.
