The filing that's showing this morning is for shares sold in May-June. Any CEO has the right to do this to raise funds for whatever.
So here's the thing if he didn't put it out this morning, the pps would have maybe even skyrocketed and many would be selling out... this keeps all in check for long-term holding... just my thoughts of how the process NEEDS to work. I'm gambling on the future of ONCI and as long as management keeps bringing in deals and contracts selling an in-demand product and building/growing the business ... and it's indeed a real business with six outlets, many of which have not even kicked off yet... then I'm fine letting it take whatever time's needed.
