Create a notifiID, then forward it to everyone (email it out, post on twitter, youtube, etc)
That way, you can update links with the latest news, and it will automatically be updated to those you have already sent the video out to. But you'd have to make your video general for it to make sense: "Click here to see this week's latest newsletter," etc.
