A LieHub basher posted some BS in reference to my last post in which I spoke of my purchase of HEMPd CBD capsules. Twisting the truth as they always do, he stated that Amazon doesn't allow the sale of CBD containing products on their site. Not true.
They are covering there asses by not allowing the products to list CBD, or cannabidiol, as an ingredient. Instead, they allow "full plant hemp extract" in the description. The contents of the bottle are the same as the bottle sold on the HEMPd.com site.
Once the legal BS has been straightened out, Amazon will change their policy on the reference to cannabidiol in products sold there.
Acknowledging the tremendous pressure from all parties demanding the full federal legalization of non-THC containing industrial hemp cultivation and all products derived from it, the D.E.A. has released a statement announcing they will not interfere with the production, domestic or international distribution, or sales of hemp derived THC-free CBD. It's a no-brainer that the law will soon be changed to include clarification of those allowances.
It won't be long now, but it won't stop sales of CBD containing products. It may slow down sales somewhat on Amazon, but word spreads fast, and HEMPd products are selling well on Amazon despite the technicality.
They'll launch their advertising campaign with the release of the HEMPd CBD water, which will bring CBD shoppers to the HEMPd.com website where even more people will discover high quality CBD products at extremely competitive prices.
