$PSGR Looks like 3,931 shares were sold today at $0.021/share for a total of $82.55. Whoever sold the shares can now go and take a long lunch at a burger house or veggie take-out restaurant AND afford to leave a tip. Of course, I am presuming that there was not a sales commission paid! If a commission was paid, the seller MAY have to order a SMALL drink and NO fries!

IF I owned a company similar to Pershing Resources, I would be EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED to sit quietly by and NOT keep the investors informed about company activities. I suppose that the current share price is high enough to keep the company coffee pot filled and a few donuts ordered each week. Most Owners take PRIDE in their company's accomplishments and spend time spreading the NEWS. Does the silence of a corporation equate to SHAME? When there is NO INFORMATION issued by a corporate office, does this mean that the corporation is just a mailbox that awaits a monthly check from sales of worthless stock? Are the stock sales from a company that releases NO INFORMATION about its activities just used to pay employee salaries/expenses? One would hate to think that Pershing Resources was among the companies that produce NOTHING yet earn an income SOLELY from the sale of stock. Surely the mine in/near Kingman, Arizona is going to be opened and productive...as well as the MARCO PROJECT in Nevada. All of these Claims have been described as having good to very good precious metals assay results! Surely there is a good reason why NOTHING by the way of production and sale of precious metals has occurred for over TWENTY PLUS YEARS. Please tell me that the sale of stock was used to develop the claims/mines. So where's the $$$$$$$$ from the sales of the stock going?

ACTIONS NOT BS
