retail can't do *pre market trades* .. if you look above this post .. you'll see a box 2nd from the left under the graph .. noting time and sales .. if you click it on you can actually enter (pull down menu) today's date and you'll see trade data (time stamps) for real time and historical for the last (i believe) 20 days ..
what i found interesting about today is it's almost the *split* time for the month that *imo* NR does *utilize* re: *volume avgs* for PTOI .. on top of an actual increase out *significantly above* the usual 5000/10000 *range* of legal that gets *reported* .. we are also about 2 months away from 52 week low reset .. (YOY) .. which is why i wondered if that was on tap for today .. it's always a goal out of NR .. *imo*
as for brokers .. imo they (brokerage firms) all collude .. they are correct tho' that PTOI is thinly traded .. which is why it's always telling to see *volume* when PTOI's volume avgs appear to be about to fall off a cliff
again .. input very much appreciated re: GTCs .. it does point out how NRs' targeted trades are done *imo*

Still my orders have been in for two weeks now as GTC orders, so I should have had the 100K at 0.009, it went straight through at filled at 0.0081 instead.
there really is no excuse for that. This is obviously not the first time it has happen to me and I have spoken to my broker about it before, all they say is that this is a thinly traded security, so this can happen.
