So looking like no ticker change this week...still

So looking like no ticker change this week...still a day to go yet. With the latest acquisition news, this is now perplexing me a little. Why be so quiet for two months and then drop this without the ticker change? Maybe seeing issues with getting it and they dont expect the change for at least another 60 days...so drop some news? I thought maybe they new the change was coming and could release corporate action news again. Anyone have any thoughts on the timing of all this? Perplexed as well?
