Did he take his time alerting investors? Sure. No one can live without their phone. jrf said he had to get legal review before posting, yet told jrf it was fake. He could have tweeted a fake PR was put out. That could have occurred in moments.
But to my point, all references to LIES Kyle has told were PR’s, court filings, and SEC filings prior to today.
