The Father’s Day Feast at Highball & Harvest will be offered from noon to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 17 th , and features a wide variety of specialties representing its farm-to-table southern culinary adventure philosophy. The buffet feast begins with Sunday Morning Libations including champagne with assorted fresh juices and a craft beer bar. The feast will also include a selection of salads, an Ice Bar with cold water oysters, poached shrimp, crab cakes, and Pastrami rubbed Tuna Loin. Entrees feature Smoked Chicken with Surplus Beer, Roasted Tri-Color Beans, and Alabama White BBQ Sauce; Roasted Florida Snapper with Charred Broccolini, Marcona Almonds, and Citrus Butter Sauce; Chimichurri Rubbed Skirt Steak, Charred Local Onions, and Scallion Agrodolce; plus Vanilla Braised Pork Belly, Organic Sweet Potatoes, Candied Collard Greens, and Sweet Tea Gastrique. Carving and Chef Action stations include Smoked Beef Short Ribs, Roasted Market Fish, and Mangalitsa Pork Burgers, with Spicy Baked Beans, Mac N Cheese, and Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes as sides.
