More buys on the ask today by those scaling in / adding to their inventory of shares who have correctly recognized how difficult it is to get any meaningful amount of shares at these low prices.

It is still virtually impossible to buy on the bid unless you watch all day and try repeatedly to outbid the automatic algorithm placed bid from MMs.

By the time a retail buyer is not outbid, the spread has closed up to a difference that is not worth bothering about in the long-term. Those that are not decisive in hitting the ask when they see an amount at a price they can see themselves making a profit on soon find they have to pay more eventually to get in.

For example, lowest fill today was .1253 with only 19,000 bought before it was outbid by 38,000 at .13.

There was only 2,000 available to be bought on the ask at .1454 when the spread closed up - that was taken - and the next available is now only 8,900 up at .1499 then only 5,000 at .15.
