Platinum is paying $2.1bn and they are getting 1.75bn in drawn financing. This means that they are putting $350mn of Platinum Equity in the deal. Revolver is Undrawn at close. Not sure how many lawsuits there are against this unit but this is quite rich leverage. Only 17% Equity check.
