Great points on all fronts. Several SHAC videos back, everyone submitted questions about different things. I remember that particular video took an hour or so. Amazing transparency for any company, particularly an OTC.
I asked about possible dividends down the road if we were doing well with cash flow. He said it was a possibility. I also asked about possible spinoffs or would the company need to stay whole. He did say at that time there could be spinoffs. Now we hear notifiTV could be a stand alone company. So here we go.
Rory has said all along that a buyout price must and would include the value that the asset brings to the buyer in the future.
So with all this being said, I say grow baby grow!
It’s a nice problem to have at .68 a share.
You won’t find this much sustained near term or long term upside on the OTC. IMO
