PKC’s Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement for January 2017 - March 2018 published
PKC Group Ltd’s financial period has been changed from calendar year to 1.4.-31.3. As a result of financial period change, the financial period that started 1.1.2017 continued until 31.3.2018.
PKC has published its Financial Statements for 1.1.2017-31.3.2018, which contains the report by the Board of Directors, financial statements and Auditor’s report.
PKC has also published Corporate Governance Statement for 1.1.2017-31.3.2018.
Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement are available in Finnish and in English attached to this release and on the Company's internet pages at www.pkcgroup.com in pdf format.
PKC’s corporate responsibility report shall be part of the ultimate parent company’s, Motherson Sumi Systems Limited’s, corporate responsibility report.
