To me, this always had buyout written all over it. You got a piece of technology that none of them have and each of these companies are loaded to the hilt with cash with only one desire to grow bigger and grab a larger slice of the pie.
There will come a day much sooner than later where one of these companies will throw a silly offer out there and nFusz can decide to take it or continue on. Some companies will get one larger player to take a position (i.e. percentage) in the company, but that won't happen here because nFusz is partnering with multiple large players. Bidding war would be more likely especially if one gets wind one day another is interested.
Remember when snapchat was offered $3B by facebook and they turned it down. Now it's worth $16B. Same thing can happen here. nFusz gets an offer for $1B and can decide to take it one day or continue on and be worth $5B and that could be for just one of the subs. This nTV is something to keep an eye on if Rory is already saying it's a standalone company. There must be some big interest there from the get go. If they announce a deal with someone like QVC or Mark Burnett, there is no trader that is going to catch this train.
