My speculation about the lab tops. Is it possible Utopya plans to bring the lab tops and older technologies to help educate people in less developed countries? If we educate the same people we are trying to connect to the world with the phones, you create a new economy and new infrastructure.
This might be too wide minded... but if you build it they will come. If they come, you educate them and they will evolve. If they evolve you create the next revolution. If you start another evolution in an under developed country and you are there 1st... that market is yours.
