R&G asked for Oral arguments, its all good . . .
Post# of 82672
If the court needs oral arguments to clarify a point, or to explain the need for triple damages etc , SFOR would jump at the opportunity to let our lead attorney explain , illustrate and motivate the judges to a course of action!
Maybe the court won't need the oral arguments.
If they do need the oral argument, No need to have to everyone look at their calendars and schedule it in the future, as they would have already been scheduled time for it , if needed.
It will move the case along quickly IMO
SAFORs brief and counter brief were so well written with case relative case studies quoted and entire case supplied. Beautifully argued.
Secure auth has nothing.
I am expecting a quick resolution to this case in a few weeks at most.
Maybe next week!
