I'm not sure folks (other than those here) understand the true significance of this pacer update.
R&G/SFT et al have taken back the helm and it can't be removed from their hands.
Settlement negotiations could take days, months or years but in any case will be in SFT favor in some manner. Therefore SFT has LEVERAGE right now.
I suspect SA (given their past history of antics, ethics and behavior) would try and drag any settlement talks out as long as possible to try and 'bleed' SFT out of money. What other option do they have? That's were Alice comes in imo.
This is the first catalyst that starts all the others. Get 'em while they are cold (or at least luke warm), these low PPS days are going going gone!
