The Company will place the Worthy brand under its’ Gents subsidiary operation and management, including its distribution channels.

The terms of the deal allow the Company the worldwide exclusive distribution of apparel and accessories outside of Worthy’s existing stores. In addition, the deal allows the Company to open it’s own stores under the Worthy brand. Worthy has become a go-to destination for Cardi B, Adrien Broner, Hennessy Carolina, and others celebrities, athletes, entertainers, and musicians to find the latest trends in streetwear and fashion. The Company worked very closely with The Brewer Group CEO, Jack Brewer, on this acquisition. The Brewer Group team will be working closely on marketing, social media, and athlete engagement for the Company to further develop the brand.
