Based out of South Carolina, Mr. Goulding will oversee the retail sales team for all of the East and Midwest markets.
With more than 34-years of experience working with banking institutions and independent mortgage companies, John will have oversight of the strategic direction, business development, and market expansion for the retail platform on the East Coast. John is a results-driven executive with a history of taking on critical business assignments and leading Sales teams to perform at a high level. Most recently, he served as the Divisional Vice President for Stearns Lending, and prior to that worked as the Regional Sales Leader for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the Mid-Atlantic for over 18 years.

John will be partnering with Liz Collins, East Coast Divisional Manager.
