VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX-V: WP ) (the "Company") announces that stock options were granted to a director under the Company’s Stock Option Plan for a total of 75,000 common shares on June 11, 2018.
The options were granted at an exercise price of 12 cents per share, for a 4 year term to expire June 11, 2022.
The options will vest as to one-third at December 31, 2018, one-third at December 31, 2019 and one-third at December 2020.
The above-noted option grants will leave a balance of 2,203,711 common shares reserved for issuance under the Company’s Stock Option Plan.
